The Property
A traditional Catalan masia (farmhouse), ~300m², on private land outside Sils. 7 bedrooms, sleeps up to 14. Whole property, exclusively yours for the stay — no shared walls, no other guests, no neighbours in earshot.

Fully equipped kitchen — hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, everything needed to cook a real meal for the group. Two separate living areas plus a dining room sized for the full group indoors, on top of the outdoor dining setup.

No air conditioning — said plainly
Single-skin Catalan brick construction. Fans in every bedroom, shaded outdoor spaces, but peak summer afternoons inside will be warm. Most guests end up at the pool or the terrace regardless — that's where the holiday happens here either way. We'd rather you know this before booking than be caught out on arrival.

- Minimum stay: 5 nights in July/August, 3 nights in June/September
